Nitroswing Nitrogen Generation System

Nitroswing PSA systems generate on site high purity gaseous nitrogen that provides a convenient and cost effective solution for overall impurities and oxidation for electronics and semiconductors. The Nitroswing range works for all requirements and because of the addition of modules and the DUAL BANK system option, no limits exist to the supply. Typical applications of a nitrogen generator include annealing, carbonizing, hardening and sintering. Applications also include mining operations, laser cutting and wave soldering.

Nitrogen can be used to purge heat treat furnaces and reflow solder baths which prevents oxidation of the metal surface and minimizes dross generation. Nitrogen is often used to blanket furnaces to eliminate oxygen. This is done because of oxygen’s tendency to react with certain metals when it’s at a high temperature. Applications that require oxygen free environments include neutral hardening, carbonizing, carbon nitriding, and tempering. Nitrogen is also used as an assist gas to help the processing of materials by laser cutting. Nitroswing is capable of achieving the 99.9% nitrogen purity that is required in order to cut stainless steel and other materials.
