On-Site Hydrogen Generator Enhances Batch Furnace Operation
Identifying the proper size hydrogen generator to replace delivered cylinders previously employed. This was initiated with the intention of opting for a hydrogen generator that could improve process control by storing pressurized hydrogen that is generated at its point of end use to carry out brazing and annealing processes.
Proton OnSite provided an on-site H-series hydrogen generator capable of filling vessels with volumes ranging from 49 liters to 3785 liters and fill pressures ranging from 218 psig to 435 psig. This solution provided Riverhawk with refillable storage units with usable volumes ranging between 19 scf and 3323 scf of hydrogen.
